For Woolfest 2006, we grew a limited range of dye plants, some of which are shown here. Woad was very popular and we plan to have some more at Woolfest 2007. |

Our peg looms are made from softwood beams, which are lightweight, and 9mm hardwood pegs, finished with our own beeswax. |

We also make our own threaders for inserting the warp yarn through each peg. The handles are individually carved from local woods, including cherry, sycamore, oak, holly and NZ daisy bush, and finished with our own beeswax. |
